About the cafe
Aiken's been a winter polo town since the 1890s. The cafe opened on Magnolia Avenue downtown, on the side of town where the polo crowd has always wintered, mostly because the regulars needed a better cup of coffee. The horses approve.
On match days the cafe stays open a touch later. Otherwise we close at three and the team goes home. We're closed Monday and Tuesday.
